So where are these questions? I don't see them as new questions on the site. Or did they all get added by their creation date, and are thus buried deep in the list where no one will see them? How would we locate them if we were interested in reading them?

They've all got their original creation dates, @MarkBaker - but they also all have the ebooks tag, so you can find them from there.
