Would a category to publish works or to request feedback be helpful?

Aside from the challenges category, it crossed my mind that it'd be nice to have a place where people can share works for feedback (or just to share). For instance, if I've put together a short story or an article, it'd be nice to have a place to submit for review by other writers, or to just have a place where I can keep essentially a "portfolio" of works available online (here).

This might need a new license option; one where people cannot share the content or derivatives of it (full copyright), or at the very least [CC BY-NC-ND](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/).

Would other people find such a category, where people can share their work - for either feedback or just to publish - useful? Are there any other considerations besides for copyright that need to be taken into account?
