There are not that many plots available. Pick one and see what your characters do with it. Your main character(s) can attempt to:

1. Go (or escape from) somewhere (and maybe come back?)
2. Get or find (out?) something (that may or may not have previously been lost)

or

1. Beat (destroy, or drive out) someone/something

The character(s) can fail or succeed, do it together or alone, change along the way or not.

There are many, many, clever variations, and the fun is in figuring out how the thing is accomplished (or not accomplished) along the way. Pick one, don't fret about it, and start writing. If your characters are well defined, with good strengths, flaws, and drives, you can just start them on their way and then let them figure out the rest. Conflicts and obstacles will present themselves before you know it.
