Minor typo in /help/how-to-ask
Look at the first paragraph of the [/help/how-to-ask](https://writing.codidact.com/help/how-to-ask) page, under the subheading "Make sure your question is in scope".

The last line of the first paragraph has been quoted below for reference. Markdown has been stripped for the sake of this post.
