I like telling stories, but I don't care so much for reading them. It's not for me. But the number one advice to become a better author is to read a lot. Is there anything else I can do? EDIT: Thanks for all the responses! After reading through them all, I've decided to give audio books another chance. I've tried them before in the past, but I would always just find myself either losing focus and then not having a clue what was going on in the plot, or simply falling asleep. I grabbed an audio book from Audible and it seems to be going well so far. I do have to make a bit of a conscious effort to pay attention, but I am enjoying the process MUCH more than reading a paper book. I might even start hitting my New Years resolution of reading one book a week :)
