There isn't one, fiction, both reading it and writing it is a subjective experience, everyone sees it differently so there's no single formula that works in all cases. The best way to learn good writing is by reading good writing. You need to find dialogue that you _do_ enjoy reading, that **_doesn't_** cause you to disengage and learn from the style of the author(s) who wrote it.
