There are [144 books with the word "Seinfeld" in the title](https://www.goodreads.com/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=seinfeld&search_type=books&search%5Bfield%5D=title). Most are about the TV series, about the creator, or by him or his family. But a few use the name as part of the phrasing and/or to refer back to the show. Examples (some are nonfiction and reference Seinfeld, but are not about the man or the show):

- _[101 Classic Jewish Jokes: Jewish Humor from Groucho Marx to Jerry Seinfeld](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/76086.101_Classic_Jewish_Jokes?from_search=true)_
- _[Breaking the Booze Habit: using "Seinfeld's Chain" to cut down habitual drinking](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/36312300-breaking-the-booze-habit?from_search=true)_
- _[Read This Book With Your Seinfeld Voice: A lil minutiae of everyday life](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/34214737-read-this-book-with-your-seinfeld-voice?from_search=true)_

There are [302 books with the phrase "All in the Family" somehow represented in the title](https://www.goodreads.com/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=%22all%20in%20the%20family%22&search_type=books&search%5Bfield%5D=title) (not always directly). A great number of them are novels (or poetry books) with that exact title. [Example 1](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/32036468-all-in-the-family?from_search=true). [Example 2](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/11785956-all-in-the-family?from_search=true). [Example 3](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13361448-all-in-the-family?from_search=true).

Here are some more fiction books with sitcom names as part of the title:

- _[Frankie and the Big Bang Theory](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/9986193-frankie-and-the-big-bang-theory?from_search=true)_
- _[Lancelot & the Big Bang Theory](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16187043-lancelot-the-big-bang-theory?from_search=true)_
- _Arrested Development_: [Example 1](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/25646278-arrested-development?from_search=true). [Example 2](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/36002172-arrested-development?from_search=true).
- _[I love Lucy Pregnant](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/28939334-i-love-lucy-pregnant?from_search=true)_
- _[Last of the Golden Girls](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2637210-last-of-the-golden-girls?from_search=true)_
- _[The Quest of the Golden Girl](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1441417.The_Quest_of_the_Golden_Girl?from_search=true)_

I'm not seeing a problem here. But your publisher will advise you about the title anyway, so it's not an issue if you're going for a traditional publisher. If you're self-publishing, check to see if it's already being used and how.
