If the authors of the website produced the data, then cite them like you would the authors of a work published on paper. If the website is a journal, it will have a name that you can also use in the citation. If the authors of the website are writing about data that someone else produced, you will need to find the original author and cite her/him/them directly. It can be tricky to figure out who is the original author, because many websites relate studies without being clear about attribution. How to make the citation depends on the style guide you're using. And each style guide has differences based on the type of website and article.
