Question list shows activity that I can't find

This might be related to this issue, which is sort of the reverse of the one I'm reporting now.

According to the front page, ArtOfCode did something on this question an hour ago (as I write this). But I can't find it. Here's the history for the question:

It's my question, so "deleted user" is my SE "holding account" that was deleted when I claimed my content. Notice the absence of any activity from Art here.

There are three answers, two imported and one posted today. None of the answer histories show any activity from Art.

What did Art do and how did it cause the bump? (I say bump, but the question was already at the top of the list. But earlier its latest activity was that new answer instead.)
