The "Ask!" button at the top of the page - when you're browsing Meta questions, you could easily think it means "Ask on Meta". Particularly if you're used to the SE format. But it doesn't - it means "Ask on the main site".

**Could this be addressed some way?** It would be most convenient if the button did what we expect it to do - ask on meta when we're on meta. But if that's problematic, maybe change what it says to be more clear, or add a "meta-ask" button in the same line, or remove that button entirely (now that we have a relevant "Ask Question" button at the top of "Questions")?
