All. The biggest area I am working right now is to improve my written communications skills. It’s a tough skill to learn but a good one to have, since most of what we do is exchange email with our clients. I personally find people do not have time to read down through a long email string so I want to send my email clearly that would make sense to my recipients. My major concern is that I do not know how to organize my thoughts and translate them into a well-structured e-mail. How do I collect my thoughts and get them on screen in a way that makes sense to someone who will not know my intent?
