I planning to write about the convergence of our real world and the computer reality world. My plan to develop on this idea is to describe this convergence as a "merger" between our real world and the computer's virtual reality.

However, in my story, this "merger" is driven (and made possible) by technological advancement. And, in my story, this advancement is an **ongoing process** , which affects the convergence **continually**. In fact, the convergence will only work if the technology advances.

So here's where the problem with my plan for writing this idea starts: I am worried that I'm unclear and misleading about whether the convergence is an ongoing process, or a one-time "merger." I'm particularly worried that describing it one way in one place will be very confusing if later I describe it another way. I wonder if I would confuse the reader about the definition of convergence in my context. I am afraid that the reader might question: "So is the convergence I am telling a merger of 2 entities or a process?"

So, as you read about my problem, would you, too, make similar question about my idea of convergence? How would you tackle such a problem when you face one?
