For our own technical products (rather complex and new technology) we typically need 5 mandays of academic to accurately and correctly derive business value readable for normal humans and Google optimized. Summarizing it in various length takes approximately 60 minutes then. I have hired people writing it in a few hours, but the results were insufficient in terms of capturing the product's value.
