Are there any differences between writing a movie script and writing a tv series script? Aside from the obvious difference of a movie script been one complete story and a tv series been a continuing story across several episodes. A: Where can I find online resources about writing a visual novel? I would look at movie scripts for ideas on how to layout the dialog and then look at how to write a book outline and use that format for keeping track of your plot branches. Finally character sheets to do detailed write ups about your characters. Hope that helps. (more) |

When does use of offensive language in a book go from a character trait or to convey emotion to bad use of English skills I decided to included some offensive language in one of my novels as many novels do. A: Are tables of contents mandatory in novels? I've never read a fiction book and expected a table of contents. Also some of my favorite books have no table of contents nor chapter titles. So from a reader's viewpoint I see no flaw in not having a table of contents. (more) |
