Answer A: Prologue and Epilogue in third person and chapters in first person doable?
I think everything is doable, if the reader gets the feeling it is fitting. I see no problem in the approach to have the book in first person and switch to third for the finale.

Question How could collaborative writing in one world work?

Question How should be the format for literature references that are websites (URLs)?
In technical writings are good established standards for formatting literature references. But that doesn't work this well for URLs. How should these references be formatted?

Question How to share the work, if writing fiction in a team?
How should one split up the work between two people? Should one write the even-numbered chapters and the other the odd-numbered? Does each person tell the story from the point of view of a different character or write different story-subarcs? In general, how do one organise the work in a team?

Question Choosing character names is a constant difficulty
I find it hard to name my characters. Every normal name sounds funny if applied to a product of my fantasy. If I take a common name, I may get the image of someone I know into my head.
